Introduction
These are the seeds of a plant. They are smaller than black mustard seeds and are used medicinally. They are found in almost all parts of the country.

Uses:
It is used to relieve urinary irritation, regulate menstrual flow, reduce the viscosity of semen, and accelerate ejaculation. It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines. It is also added to soups and stews.
