Introduction

Physalis alkekengi, commonly known as Kakanj or Chinese lantern plant, is a medicinal herb used in traditional Unani medicine. It is معروف for its red, lantern-like fruit covering and its therapeutic effects on liver, kidney, and urinary disorders.

Morphology (Structure of Plant)
