Causes
A person may experience sleeplessness due to low blood pressure in the brain. Mental weakness and mental fatigue can also be contributing factors. Worry and anxiety are common causes of insomnia. Dryness in the head may lead to disturbed sleep. Occasionally, a person cannot sleep due to grief and anger. Smoking and excessive use of substances such as alcohol are among the major causes of insomnia. Frequent sexual intercourse may also contribute to this condition. Lack of proper nutrition, poor appetite, and excessive consumption of tea can further lead to insomnia.
Symptoms
Insomnia increases the heart rate. The nostrils may become dry. Thirst tends to increase. The head often feels hot. There may be a burning sensation in the hands and feet.

Method of Use:
Prepare a decoction of all the ingredients and consume one spoonful at night with milk at bedtime for twenty days. God willing, recovery will occur.
